Registration with Easts

2015 Registration Information

New (and returning players) can register in person 3pm - 6pm on the  14 February 2015 at Queens Park, Baronga Ave (opposite Moriah College)

Returning players can re- register from the 2nd of January 2015 online by clicking on the Re-Register Now button in bottom left hand corner and follow the instructions or at . Please note that you need to have your FFA number which has been emailed to all players. If you do not receive this, please contact our Registrar (Heidi). You will NOT need to attend a registration day if re-registration is done online.

Easts FC is seeking to create a womens' team to play in the ESFA AAW4 competition in 2015. Interested players should email Brendan Browner or call David Owens on 0418 494 969.


Returning Players and Players Transferring from another club

All returning players can re-register on-line through the Football Federation of Australia's website MyFootballClub. on the 2nd of January 2015, an email will be sent to all 2014 Easts FC players containing their FFA Registration number. This email will be sent to the email address provided to us last season. If you have not received the email please contact our Registrar (Heidi).  If you cannot obtain your FFA Registration number from the system and did not receive the email, please email all the information listed to the Registrar.

Click Re-Register Now on bottom left hand corner  to open the checklist and begin re-registration. 

The system will ask you for your FFA Registration number which is also able to be obtained by following the prompts on the system.

If you are transferring from another club and don't know your FFA number, please attend one of the registration days noted above.


New Players

New Players can register as follows:

  1. Obtain registration forms by downloading the forms from the links below:
  2. Print and complete all the RETURNABLE forms as well as ALL THE FOLLOWING:
    • A close up head photo of the player for age groups 12 and up
    • Cash, cheque  or credit card details for the registration fee
    • A copy of proof of age of the player (birth certificate or passport)
  3. Return forms with payment as well as photo (Not required for ages 6-11)and proof of age to be sighted on one of our registration dates (February 7 & 14  from 4pm -6pm at Queens Park)

Easts FC playing and training gear for all age groups can be purchased online or in person at our Registration & Pre-Season days.


Coach and Manager Registration

All coaches and managers MUST register for the 2015 season by 24 March to be eligible for the first game of the season. Registration is via the FFA My Football Club website and is free. Returning coaches will need theirr FFA number and password. Your FFA number is noted on your RTO card from last season and was been emailed to all Easts FC 2014 coaches and managers in early March. New coaches and managers will need to create a new FFA account which can also be done on the My Football Club website.

All Coaches and Managers also need to complete the FFA Member Protection Declaration which can be downloaded here. Once completed, please scan and return by email to the club Registrar.


Grading Policy

Easts FC welcomes players of all abilities and believes in encouraging players to play to the extent of their potential, whatever level that may be. We facilitate and support players and teams that want to go to the next level, be that by progressing to higher level competitions or Easts FC teams entering additional sanctioned competions such as the Kanga Cup etc.

We understand that for many players, football is about playing with their friends. Football is also an opportunity to expand and develop new friendship groups, and develop teamwork skills including being part of a diverse team.

Often friendship groups and skill levels go hand in hand, Where they dont corrleate well, we discuss any potential team composition changes with the players and parents involved.
